In the G8 summit held at Sea Island, USA in June, 2004, it agreed on "Reduce Reuse recycling (3R) initiative". 3R initiative is formally started up by the ministerial conference held in Tokyo on 28th - 30th in April of 2005. "International symposium on 3R initiative " will aim to offer the frank opinion exchange and the chance of the exchange between the participant to recycle in the each country, and report on the result to the ministerial conference, as a side event of this ministerial conference for various problems about 3R,with the specialists from international the national-educational-industrial organization.Through raising the opinion from the various field widely, the ferment of common recognition in each field and international cooperation with the industrial, officialdom, academic, and international organization and it aims at a better machinery-making about 3R and established of that.
